I really pride myself on being the MOST knowledgable, resourceful and connected person when it comes to everything local - from insider information on properties that have sold or might be coming to market soon, to specific neighborhood statistics and of course both community and industry-related news...and if I don't know the answer I'll work to find it for you.

    With a passion for helping people find a place to call home, Moriah brings a unique blend of customer service expertise and real estate know-how to every client she works with. Before becoming a Realtor, she spent 20 years at Lifetouch, honing her skills in client relations and communication—both of which now help her guide buyers and sellers with ease, confidence, and care.


    Moriah’s real estate philosophy is simple: listen, communicate, and empower. She believes that knowledge is power, and she makes sure her clients feel confident and informed every step of the way. Whether you're buying your first home, upgrading to your dream space, or selling a beloved property, Moriah is dedicated to making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.


    A proud resident of Bloomington, Moriah loves her neighborhood and the sense of community it brings. She grew up in rural Central Minnesota, where her family built their own solar-powered home and maintained an acre of organic gardens. This hands-on upbringing instilled in her a deep appreciation for home improvement—a passion she continues today in the older homes she and her husband, Jeremy, lovingly renovate.


    Speaking of family, Moriah and Jeremy have been together for 25 years, raising their two sons, Aiden and Zak. Jeremy owns Mojestic Landscape, a business their older son Aiden has now joined full-time. When she’s not helping clients find their perfect home, you’ll find Moriah outside walking her rescue pup, Piper, skiing with her youngest, or tackling her next DIY project.
